What to write to us about
- A correction. If a fact on a page is out of date or wrong, tell us the page and the line. If you can, include the provider's own page that shows the right detail. We check a change against that page before we update ours.
- A listing you run. If you are a provider and a fact about you is wrong, or you think you meet the rules for a comparison, write to us. How options are included is explained on How we compare.
- A comparison you would like. Tell us what you are trying to choose between and what matters most to you.
- Anything else about the site or its data.
Before you write
- Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
- We use your email only to reply and to check and make corrections. The privacy policy explains what happens to it.
